Comment obtenir le permis d’exploitation Gironde ?

Pour mener à bien votre futur projet professionnel, vous comptez faire l’acquisition d’une licence vous donnant l’opportunité d’être débitant de boissons alcoolisées, ou restaurateur ? Vous allez devoir prendre part à un stage, dans le but d’avoir un permis d’exploitation. Lors du renouvellement de votre licence, ou pour être autorisé à exercer, notre service vous donnera la possibilité de vous inscrire à des formations, de différentes natures. Il vous est possible de financer votre permis d’exploitation, vous pourrez prendre des informations supplémentaires auprès de votre Pôle Emploi. Sept jours avant le stage, l’annulation peut être effectuée sans frais. Une question ? Prenez contact avec notre SAV. Nos formations sont construites autour de plusieurs options : le pack restaurateur, les permis d’exploitation en 1 jour et 3 jours, et la formation hygiène alimentaire. Nos centres sont agréés par le ministère de l’intérieur, vous offrant la possibilité de passer votre formation permis d’exploitation débit de boissons l’esprit tranquille. Dans le département Gironde ou au sein de la région Nouvelle-Aquitaine, vous trouverez aisément un centre près de chez vous, qui sera apte à vous donner la possibilité de devenir exploitant en toute légalité.

Qu’appelle-t-on permis d’exploitation?

Il est important pour tout futur gérant de savoir ce qu’est exactement un permis d’exploitation. Il s’agit d’une attestation qui s’obtient au terme d’une formation. Le stage est obligatoire pour tous les exploitants de moins de 10 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la vente de boissons.

Le stage hygiène alimentaire devient donc progressivement un attribut incontournable pour les établissements de vente de produits à consommer sur place ou à emporter. Il s’agit d’une formation de 14 heures dont le but est de sensibiliser les gérants des établissements de restauration sur l’importance de :

La conservation des produits alimentaires commercialisés.
La nécessité des règles de la traçabilité des denrées d’origine animale.
Le respect des règles de satiné du personnel en charge des produits commercialisés.

De nombreux établissements en France, particulièrement dans votre département dans le Gironde proposent des formations en pack. Depuis plus de 5 ans, l’État délivre des agrégations aux établissements fournissant un dossier administratif complet, et les infrastructures adéquates.

Durée de la formation
