Permis Exploitation & Hygiène alimentaire Manche (50)

Qui doit passer la formation Permis d'Exploitation ?

Depuis le 2 avril 2007, toutes les personnes déclarant l’ouverture, la mutation, la translation ou le transfert d’un débit de boissons à consommer sur place du 1er,2ème, 3ème et 4ème catégorie - café, bar, brasserie, restaurant, hôtel, discothèque, théâtre, musée, parc de loisirs, Depuis le 2 avril 2009, toutes les personnes déclarant l'ouverture, la mutation ou une modification de la situation d'un débit de boissons pourvu de la Petite Restauration "PR" groupes 1 et 2 ou de la "Grande Restauration " "GR" groupes 3 et 4. Cette formation en 20 heures sur deux jours et demi se passe obligatoirement avant l'ouverture de l'établissement. Le Permis d'Exploitation est valable 10 ans, il est nominatif et son renouvellement doit se faire par une formation de une journée de 7 heures.

Qui doit passer la Formation hygiène alimentaire ?

Depuis le 1er octobre 2012, tout établissement de restauration commerciale (restauration traditionnelle, cafétérias, libres-services, restauration de type rapide) doit obligatoirement avoir au sein de son établissement une personne formée à l’hygiène alimentaire, Méthode HACCP.

Elle concerne les gérants de chambres d’hôtes, les débitants de nuit de 22h à 8h du matin. La formation d’une durée de 7 heures est le permis de vente de boissons alcooliques la nuit. Elle concerne les futures gérant d’un débit de boissons et qui ont 10 ans d’expérience.

Pourquoi faire la formation licence de 2 jours et demi (20 heures)

Elle concerne les futurs gérants d’un débit de boissons et qui ont moins de -10 ans d’expérience. Vous devez suivre une formation d'une durée de 20h. A l’issu de cette formation, un permis d'exploitation vous est délivré valable 10 ans.

Pourquoi faire La formation hygiène alimentaire haccp (14 heures)

Elle concerne les établissements de restauration commerciale qui fournissent des repas et des boissons pour la consommation. Une personne au moins doit avoir effectué la formation hygiène alimentaire au sein d’un établissement de restauration commerciale. Cette formation peut se faire de chez soit en E-learning.

Économie du pack licence permis exploitation et hygiène alimentaire (34 heures) Le pack regroupe le permis exploitation et l’hygiène alimentaire la durée est de 4,5 jours soit 34 heures à un prix avantageux.
